Shaun Schroeder - Owner
With a professional background and lifelong interest in construction, Shaun launched a carpet and flooring restoration business in Bellevue, Washington in 2005. As the operation grew, it expanded into offering home remodeling and carpentry services.
In 2011, Shaun was offered the opportunity to work with a home builder, who was also a Home Inspector. We built some of the most beautiful custom homes in the Snoqualmie Valley of the Pacific Northwest. And the desire to become a Professional Home Inspector was founded.
Today, Shaun feels so fortunate to be serving the community he loves. He believes performing a thorough home inspection provides opportunities to learn and grow for everyone involved, and looks forward to being there for you and your home

Looking Glass Inspections is a family business and we are excited for each opportunity to help future neighbors through the home buying process. We absolutely love our community, our country and just about any house project we can create.
Together we have completed multiple large scale home renovations, we are raising a 2 1/2 year old future Home Inspector. In 2020 we made the decision to relocate, landing in the Hill Country. Seeking the best life has to offer, historic Georgetown has become home and we have found a loving community in which to raise our son.
